Jay’s Horseradish Tonic!
1 inch fresh Horseradish Root
3 large Horseradish Leaves
1 Green Apple
1 cup fresh Spinach
Juice the horseradish first, then follow with the spinach then finish off with carrots and apple.
If you feel like it, you can also add a wee bit of fresh ginger root. Making this tonic is fantastic for those of you who are suffering from congestion in the nasal passages!
