I don’t like to harp about how great our new Juicer is……but…….it actually makes NUT JUICE! Linda and I want to share this magnificent new Juice with you so that you can benefit from so many of its best features….and of course the ability to make NUT JUICE is a pectacular addition to our teaching.
We no longer have to blend our nuts, spinning them out of control, losing so many nutrients by the intense 25,000 revolutions per minute. We can now slowly grind the nuts, making pure JUICE with our newly developed (6 patents) Power Grind Pro.
I have been truly shocked to see how many Americans, and even a worldwide epidemic with Diabetes! Up to 50 million Americans are suffering from Diabetes!
Naturally fresh fruit juices are highly cleansing and powerful distributors of much needed antioxitants and phytochemicals, but with the rush of natural sugar into our bloodstreams hurting so many pre-diabetic and diabetic people, we have realized that promoting freshly made fruit juices can do more harm than good.
However…with the new addition to making nut juice and/or seed juices, we can now mix these juices in a 50/50 combination with any fruit, mitigating so many of the original challenges with blood sugar spikes.
For example, here is a wonderful tonic we made this morning that is a superior way to start your morning:
We call it: Blueberry Skies
2 cups freshly made almond juice
1 cup fresh blueberries
Just put your soaked almonds through our patented 90 degree (slanted) shoot slowly allowing the plunger to add more and more nuts, and at the same time you can be putting the blueberries into the first shoot so that the blueberies and almonds are automatically being juiced at the same time. Sometimes we add a bit of water to make for either a thinner juice or a thicker juice, depending on your needs.
THIS TONIC is very very high in antioxidants, phytochemicals, and Brain benefits, but also Almond milk contains 30% of our recommended daily value of calcium and 25% of Vitamin D and 50% of our Vitamin E requirements.
With the recent information coming out about the high sugar content of fruit juices and some vegetable juices such as carrots, Jay and I have found a way to truly help people with these blood sugar challenges by the addition of fresh nut and/or seed milks to our fruit juice and vegetable juice tonics.
Here’s another fantastic tonic!
Carrot/Coconut, combined 50/50 is a delicious tonic! The high Pro Vitamin A qualities the carrots have, combined with the benefits of the healing power of Coconuts.
This tonic will create a slow release of insulin into the body, therefore a true benefit for the Diabetic or the Hypoglycemic individual.
Here’s some great info about Coconuts:
The saturated fat in coconut is made up of short-chain and medium-chain fatty acids the body quickly turns into energy instead of storing as fat. Therefore, even though it’s high in saturated fat, coconut can aid in weight loss.
Lauric Acid Half the medium-chain fatty acids in coconut milk are composed of lauric acid, which is anti-viral, anti-bacterial, anti-microbial and anti-fungal. Coconut milk can help boost the immune system.
Here’s some more GREAT information about freshly made Coconut Milk:
Coconut milk is high in saturated fat, nearly 25 grams (225 calories) in half a cup, but the fat in coconut milk is healthy fat. The fatty acids in coconut milk are of the medium chain triacylglycerol or MCT type.
The distinguishing feature of MCTs so important to coconut nutrition is that they are burned faster than other types of fatty acids, and they are especially beneficial for providing energy for the lymph nodes and liver.
MCTs are absorbed only by the older, more highly differentiated fat cells, rather than fat cells formed after exposure to certain medications (such as the diabetes drugs Actos and Avandia). Once inside the cell, they form smaller droplets that are more easily joined by enzymes and more quickly converted into energy by the cell. MCTs are less “fattening” than other kinds of fatty acids.
As new technology advances towards making nut milks easier to make, we have found that if we combine nut milks with some fruit juices, the sugar rushes are mitigated by at least 50%, allowing us to still benefit from the powerful antioxidants and phytochemicals of fruit juices by adding the freshly made nut milks into the juice.
You will discover the beautiful benefits of combining freshly made nut milks and/or seed milks to freshly made fruit juices. Even freshly made coconut juice can be beautifully combined with carrot juice, sparking off a fantastic taste, along with lowering the immediate sugar rush one gets from a freshly made glass of carrot juice.
If you haven’t tasted nut milks bfore, you will be pleasantly surprised how fantastic the taste of freshly made nut milks are and what a wonderful new addition they will be to your new Living Kitchen Principles we will be teaching you in our new book.
We love and support ALL of you!
